If your POS merchant app is not printing an order and is returning a "Schema error" this means the Epson docket printer cannot print due to either a character not being recognised on the order information, or the order is too large to print.
A Schema error will display in the top right side of the Orders screen on the POS merchant app each time the system attempts to print the order.
If the order cannot be printed, try and print it using the Green receipt printer button.
