If you're getting a "Oops, looks like those details are not correct" error message, on either the Host merchant app, Kiosk or Dashboard, the main cause is because the system is case sensitive and either a capital letter or space character within the entry fields is incorrect. Try:
Confirming your email has either all lower case or an appropriate character. If unsure, check your initial account information email sent to you from the Host team.
Check the password is correct and same as above, that there are the right lower case or upper case characters.
Note: This issue is the most common for any login issues. If you get a different error message around "Network status", check the internet or WIFI connection of your device.
