If you've made changes to the menu via the Dashboard, but aren't seeing the changes on either the Kiosk, online order or QR code table ordering, here are the first things to check:
Product not saved. Go back to the Dashboard, navigate to the product and double check the main details are correct, click Save. Then select the Options relevant to that product and confirm if the options you want selected for that product, are indeed selected. Once confirmed, click Save, then check the Kiosk or online ordering, refresh the browser and inspect the change. Top tip. To see your changes as you go, have the online ordering site open in a seperate browser and each time you save a change, refresh the browser and see how it looks for customers.
Browser not refreshed. As above, check the customer session has been refreshed to pull any changes you have recently made.
Made new product option changes but not applied. If you have made an update to a product option, you may need to go back and confirm that the change is applied for each product. Example: if you update the price for a size change, you will need to apply that change to each product that has a size option.
