Host account details not working on the Host merchant app

If the login credentials work on other sites like the Kiosk or Dashboard, but are not working on the Host Merchant app, try the below.

This is related to the Host website being blocked by the network. Although the device can connect to the internet, the organisations firewall is blocking the lgin mechanism.

To resolve this our Host API site needs to be whitelisted with the organisations IT department. The below sites need to be whitelisted:
