The error message is related to an order which has been unable to print due to a range causes. However, in the meantime, the following will help reduce the error message.
On the Host Merchant app, go to the Settings > Printing settings > Turn off all docket printing settings. If that fails to stop the error message, delete your printers (you can add them back afterward).
You can then look to identify which order is the "Hung" order which cannot be printed. This will be the order which you can change the status to Completed.
Once you have identified the order, inform the Host support team and they will look to delete the order for you so that you can turn back on the docket printing function.
Note: the error cannot be cleared until the order is deleted, or the daily orders have been refreshed at midnight clearing all orders from the management system.
