Adding buzzer numbers for customers to select is a great and simple option for self service dine in ordering. You can set this up within the Table ordering settings via the Host Dashboard.
Within the Dashboard, navigate to the Settings, then Table settings. As this configuration is related to dining in, the current titles for Table settings simply refer to dine in options. For this case, we are going to configure the Table settings to work as a buzzer number system.
Note: This Table ordering feature allows for a QR code ordering system where each table has a unique QR code that takes the customer directly to your online ordering site and automatically populates the table number at the check in.
Once you're within the Table settings and have enabled Table ordering follow this process:
Within the Table Server option, select Table number.
Within the Table selection text, Add the custom instruction text you want the customer to read.
Lastly, choose where you want these buzzer options to be displayed by selection the Kiosk or embed (online store).
Next step is to add your Buzzer numbers by selecting Manage Tables. From there, add a new table which for this case is going to be our individual Buzzer. Give the buzzer a Number like the below and set the Capacity to more than 1.
Click save as you go and add the amount of buzzers you need. Once complete, review the buzzers and how it presents to the customers via the Kiosk. Make adjustments as needed to display exactly how you need.
