Here's our five most frequently asked questions

  1. How does host integrate with Point of Sale?

    We provide a simple POS function with the Host merchant app which works perfect for placing basic orders at speed. However, if you're needing a more complex point of sale, we integrate with other POS partners who provide greater servicing needs.

  2. Do I have full access and control of my menu?

    Yes. In the Dashboard, you have full control of your menu, prices, images and product descriptions.

  3. If we're not yet sure this system is right for us, do you offer a trial period?

    Absolutely. We understand introducing a self service system can be a significant change. We offer flexible trial periods to help you become better informed on how the system works for your unique business.

  4. Do you charge commission fees?

    As a merchant, you are not charged commission fees. However depending on your plan, a customer service fee may be charged to the customer.

  5. How many hours in wages does a kiosk system save?

    Based on an average from all of our partner venues, businesses are saving 20-30hrs in front of house wages per week.
